Cee Lo Green, singer and mentor of 'The Voice' denies sexual assault accusation

TO BE HONEST ... I DON'T THINK HIS ARMS ARE LONG ENOUGH. 

On a negative note, in the Huffington Post on October 31 there was a report about Green being accused of sexual battery. However, the iconic singer is adamantly denying the accusation.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) is investigating the sexual battery charges brought against the 38-year-old Atlanta native.

The female victim's name is being withheld, but she did file a police report accusing Cee Lo of assaulting her in a sexual manner.

TMZ reports that Cee Lo denies any wrongdoing.

Green says he has not been to the restaurant in question in three months. He added:

"Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else."
