When LINDSAY LOHAN and her mom DINA arrived in L.A. Tuesday night to answer to some pesky little legal charges, they tried to check into a Santa Monica hotel.  But they were turned away.  It seems Lindsay is on their blacklist after tearing up a room there five years ago.  They were also rejected by a hotel up the road, because there were no available rooms. Then LiLo showed up to court with only her top half spray tanned....lol. MESS:
