A new study found the average person spends an average of 23 FULL DAYS a year on their phone.  That's more than three full weeks.

Most people spend about 90 minutes a day texting, using apps, going online, taking photos, checking email . . . or, if you're a caveman, actually making phone calls.

At 90 minutes a day, that's a total of 22.8 full days a year.  And if you keep it up for the rest of your adult life, you could be spending three to four years staring at your phone.
